What is Acupuncture?
Acupuncture is a technique in which practitioners stimulate specific points on the body—most often by inserting thin needles through the skin. Known for balancing the energy flow “QI” that moves through the body by opening the pathways and channels to release blockages, relieving pain and freeing movement.Acupuncture can be used alone or can be incorporated with other medical treatments.
Today, thanks to Harvard and M.I.T., (November, 2008) we can see the brain/body’s response to the acupuncture needle. It stimulates calcium ions that communicate to the brain, through the afferent nervous system and go to *targeted areas in the brain and we can see the release of glutamates, adenosines and opioid peptides. These are released through the efferent system to the body.
*Near future???… This is the most exciting!!! What else is happening within these targeted areas of the brain? How is this brain connected to the healing of our body?

What Our Happy Clients Say
"Tiffany's care and concern is evident in how thoroughly she does her work. She is incredibly knowledgeable and educated about recent scientific developments in a field that is mellennia old. After one session, my pain had diminished greatly, after the second session, it was gone."
~Darlene Grimes
"Thanks for being so kind and helping me with my health. You have made a big difference with my back and leg pain."
~P. McE.

Dear Tiffany,
I would personally like to thank you for giving me my life back! I suffered for so long with Trochanteric Bursitis in my hips and Fibromyalgia and could never take any pain meds or anti-inflammatory drugs that I didn’t react to and the pain was just unbearable… My pain management doctor and my internal medicine doctor told me that western medicine was not working for me, and that I needed to try alternative medicine, perhaps Acupuncture. I had already tried Chinese Acupuncture before my successful back surgery in May 2015, with no results. The first time you worked on me was in December, 2016 and after I left your office, I had no pain… I came home and told Bill, “It is a Christmas Miracle” as I hadn’t been out of pain for years. I have gotten better and better with each one of your treatments. I just wanted you to know what you do is extraordinary! And Bill has gotten so much relief with his shoulders, back and sinuses, so he too is very thankful as well.
As I told you last week, you need to tell people, “Let me be your medicine” because what you do is the “Best Medicine in The World!”
Hugs and Love,
Jan Marie and Bill Robertson
